]]>Tue, 12 Jul 2011 04:10:00 GMT<![CDATA[ALOHA!]]> Now playing on various public access TV stations around the Bay Area:  "Regards to Broadway Presents Halau 'o Keikiali'i and Kawika Alfiche".  One hour of Hawaiian music and dance with Kawika and his troupe.   The history of Hawaiian people and culture through music and dance.

Kawika and his Halau were selected to appear at the San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival for an amazing ninth time.  They developed and have maintained APOP Cultural Center in South San Francisco, which is dedicated to teaching and maintaining native Hawaiian culture for future generations.   

I was producer/director/set and lighting director.  Hosted by the Bay Area Theatre Critics' Circle's Joe Marchi.  Catch it if you can.  Available for purchase from Pacifica Community Television (650) 355-0800.

]]>Sat, 21 May 2011 05:23:27 GMT<![CDATA[Current Projects – In Production ]]> 1.  John Stanley and I have hatched a new conspiracy.  Film Noir aficionados that we are, we are co-producing a 1 hour Film Noir special for PCT/26, featuring Film Noir Foundation founder and old movie rescuer Eddie Muller.  It's currently in post.  Also,  John and I have a couple of secret projects on tap for Creature Features fans.

 

2.  Sharron Walker and I are co-producing a half-hour emergency preparedness program in cooperation with Pacifica PD.  It focuses on the CERT (Citizens Emergency Response Team) program.  Currently in production.
